We recommend measuring the insole of your favorite pair of boots and referencing the chart above. If you are between sizes, note that our cork insoles are fairly thick and removable with minimal arch definition; you can easily swap them with thinner insoles or more robust orthotics. Yes! Our 8 Eye Boot is proudly made using the waste from commercial pineapple farming. This innovative fabric prevents the scrap from being dumped or incinerated (which would result in increased methane production). Not only does this create a new, clean revenue stream for local farmers, but once the fiber is up-cycled, the remaining biomass is then leveraged as fertilizer or biofuel. The remainder of the mesh is comprised of corn-derived PLA fibers which are biodegradable unlike most leather alternatives.
We always say pineapple fiber behaves similar to an ultra-heavy weight canvas; it is hydrophobic, but not water-proof. It is a breathable non-woven mesh best suited for spring, summer, and fall. It will stretch and mold to your foot, but the material is fairly inelastic. The exterior face of the fabric has a dark and elegant wrinkled texture. It has a much lower carbon footprint and is 100% cruelty free.
Our pineapple-based fabric is water-resistant but not waterproof. The fiber is hydrophobic, but as it is a non-woven mesh, the textile is breathable and behaves similar to a heavy-duty canvas. It will do well light rain and make it through a heavy pour; however, when submerged the corn-based biodegradable PLA fibers will foam at the surface. We believe this is a worthwhile tradeoff for escaping the clutches of plastic and animal products.

Yes, we will always offer shipping for our global customers. Additional charges will apply, based on the weight of your order shipment. All international orders are fulfilled by DHL. We look forward to serving you!
All retail prices include domestic shipping and taxes. Orders within the United States will be shipped via UPS's Ground service; expedited 2-day shipping is available for $20. International shipments have an additional fee based on the weight of the order. Global orders will be fulfilled by DHL.
